Play-to-Earn
The play-to-earn model in MagicCraft operates through the following process:
Players have the ability to create matches and define various parameters, such as the start date and time, number of players, game mode, and game map. Additionally, players set the entry ticket cost for participating in the match. The corresponding number of $MCRT tokens, equivalent to the entry ticket cost determined by the match creator, is deducted from their game balance.
Once a match is created and published, it becomes visible in the list of available and pending matches. Other players can browse this list and apply to join the desired match. Upon joining, the entry ticket cost in $MCRT tokens is deducted from their game balance.
Consequently, through the payment of entry tickets by participating players, the prize pool for the match is established.
At the specified date and time (or earlier, subject to agreement among all participants), the match creator initiates the start of the battle.
Following the conclusion of the battle, the prize pool is distributed among the participants. $MCRT tokens are equally divided among the members of the winning team. These tokens are credited to the game balance and can subsequently be withdrawn to a personal cryptocurrency wallet or utilized within the MagicCraft ecosystem.
Notes:
Before commencing the match, players have the flexibility to modify certain parameters through mutual agreement and reassign participants between teams.
In cases where a subscribed player fails to join the match, the creator has the option to initiate the match without the absent player, who is then replaced by a bot.
By implementing the play-to-earn model, MagicCraft offers players the opportunity to not only engage in thrilling battles but also earn tangible rewards in the form of $MCRT tokens. This incentivizes active participation and fosters an immersive and rewarding gaming experience within the MagicCraft blockchain ecosystem.
